DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY
1. Delivery Destinations
Danessa Myricks Beauty Europe delivers to:
European Union Member States
We deliver to all European Union Member States. Shipping fees vary depending on the country and selected shipping method.
EU Member States we ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
EU Member States we ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Non-EU Countries we ship to:
United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway.
Other International Destinations
We also ship to countries outside Europe. Availability is confirmed at checkout. We reserve the right to amend delivery destinations at any time. Changes apply only to orders placed after the update.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are determined by delivery country and selected shipping method. Final costs are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
2.1 European Union
Standard Shipping
For Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden:
- €6 standard shipping
- Free standard shipping for orders of €80 or more
For Bulgaria and Hungary:
- €5 standard shipping
- Free standard shipping for orders of €80 or more
Express Shipping (EU)
- €12 express shipping
- Free express shipping for orders of €100 or more
Free and Standard shipping eligibility is calculated after discounts are applied.
2.2 United Kingdom, Switzerland & Norway
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 10 euro
Express Shipping: 12 euro
Free shipping thresholds (if applicable) are displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
Customs duties or import VAT may apply (see Section 6).
2.3 Other International Destinations
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method. Customs duties, import VAT, or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
3. Delivery Times
European Union States
- Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days depending on the shipping address
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days depending on the shipping address
Europe, Non - EU States
- Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days depending on the shipping address
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days depending on the shipping address
International
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days depending on the shipping address
Delivery times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 2 PM BST on business days are processed the same day where possible.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking information is provided via email once dispatched.
4. Risk & Responsibility
For customers within the European Union:
Responsibility for the goods remains with Danessa Myricks Beauty Europe until the parcel is physically delivered to the customer or a person designated by the customer.
For customers outside the EU:
Risk transfers in accordance with applicable local laws and international shipping regulations once delivery is completed.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, customers must contact Customer Service so that an investigation can be initiated with the courier.
5. Failed or Refused Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to collect the parcel within the courier’s holding period
- Customer refusal without legal justification
The parcel may be returned to us.
In such cases:
- Return shipping costs and any re-shipping fees may be charged to the customer.
- If the order initially qualified for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
- Administrative handling fees may also apply where permitted by law.
Delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information or failure to collect parcels are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Customs Duties & Taxes
European Union (EU)
No additional customs duties or import taxes apply to orders shipped within the European Union. The price paid at checkout is final.
United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway & Rest of World
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in product or standard shipping prices unless expressly selected at checkout.
Customers in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and other non-EU destinations may have Delivery Duty Paid option at checkout, in order to prepay applicable customs duties and taxes directly through DMB Europe. When this option is selected, the amount paid at checkout represents the total landed cost, and no additional customs charges should be due upon delivery.
If duties and taxes are not prepaid (Delivery Duty Paid option is not selected), any applicable charges must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Customers are responsible for verifying potential import charges with their local customs authorities prior to placing an order.
7. Missing Parcels
If a parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, customers should contact Customer Service.
Courier investigations may require up to 15 business days from the dispatch date.
A parcel may be considered lost only after the courier investigation process is completed.
Customers may notify us of significant delivery delays; however, claims relating to lost parcels must be submitted within 15 days of the expected delivery date.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To exercise this right, customers must notify us by email:

9. Return Conditions
Due to hygiene and safety regulations applicable to cosmetic products:
Returned products must:
- Be unopened and unused
- Be sealed and in original packaging
- Be in resaleable condition
Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be refunded unless defective.
Damaged items must be returned in the original packaging in which they were received.
10. Return Process
- Notify Customer Service within 14 days of receipt.
- Wait for return confirmation.
- Securely package the items to prevent damage in transit.
- Include your dispatch note or order confirmation.

11. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The product is defective
- The product was damaged during delivery
- An incorrect product was sent
In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Danessa Myricks Beauty Europe.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage. We are not liable for return parcels lost in transit unless a prepaid label was provided by us.
12. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
Refunds include:
- The value of the returned products
- The original standard delivery cost (where required by EU law)
Express shipping surcharges are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned due to defect or error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
13. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective due to transport:
- Return shipping costs will be covered by Danessa Myricks Beauty Europe
- Photographic evidence may be required
- Replacement or refund will be offered
This applies only if the damage occurred during transit.
14. Parcel Insurance Option
In accordance with EU consumer protection law:
Responsibility for goods remains with the seller until physical delivery when the carrier is arranged by us.
Optional parcel insurance may allow faster administrative handling of compensation claims where supported by courier systems.
However, all customers remain entitled to reimbursement or replacement in accordance with applicable law, regardless of whether parcel insurance is selected.
