Delivery times are calculated based on orders placed before 2 PM BST on weekdays, excluding weekends and international holidays.


Failed or Refused Deliveries

If an order cannot be delivered to the address specified by the customer or is refused by the customer, the goods will be returned to the seller at the buyer's expense, even if the order originally qualified for free delivery.

Once the goods have been handed over to the courier, the customer assumes responsibility for the order. Danessa Myricks Beauty Europe cannot be held liable for packages that are marked as delivered by the courier but do not reach the customer or are stolen from the mailbox or storage compartment. In such cases, the customer must report the package as stolen to the police and file a claim with their liability insurance.


Missing Parcels

Please note that a missing package cannot be investigated until 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the dispatch date. We kindly request that you wait this period before contacting Customer Services to report a missing order due to postal regulations.

The customer assumes risk for the products once they have been delivered to the address specified in the order. Danessa Myricks Beauty Europe accepts no liability for undelivered parcels if the customer provides an incorrect or invalid delivery address or fails to collect the order from the specified delivery address, despite our reasonable efforts to contact you.

Customers may claim the loss of a package if its delivery is delayed by at least 5 days beyond the expected delivery time for the selected service, but not more than 15 days from the date the order was placed.


Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product was damaged during delivery, you may return any unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt. All packaging, including cellophane wrapping and tamper-resistant seals, must be intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will be considered unfit for resale and will not be accepted by our returns department.

For damaged products, they must be returned in their original packaging, as received.

To ensure a prompt return and refund process, please email us at [email protected] to notify us of your intent to return. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of your reason for returning the goods. We will then email you a return confirmation.

Please note the following guidelines:

• Goods must be in their original packaging, with any seals intact, and in an unused and resaleable condition.

• Re-package the parcel securely using strong packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• Enclose your dispatch note/receipt within the parcel.

• Pay the appropriate shipping costs and return the parcel to the address detailed at

Underpaid returns may not be delivered to us and therefore will not be processed.
