Delivery & Returns Policy

At Danessa Myricks Beauty Europe, we offer reliable shipping options to ensure your orders reach you on time. Shipping times range from 2 to 8 business days for all merchandise orders. We collaborate with top courier services to facilitate efficient delivery. However, please note that high demand or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays in processing orders from danessamyricksbeauty.eu.

Delivery Options

Express International Tracked Delivery

  • Shipped within 2-3 business days for the European Union and 5-7 business days globally.
  • Delivered Monday to Friday via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or DPD (courier service selected automatically by the system).
  • Final tracking information will be sent via email.
  • Delivery times are calculated based on orders placed before 2 PM BST on weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Failed or Refused Deliveries
If an order cannot be delivered to the specified address or is refused by the customer, the goods will be returned to us at the buyer’s expense, even if the order initially qualified for free delivery. The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided at the time of purchase. Once the goods are handed over to the courier, the customer assumes responsibility for the order.
Danessa Myricks Beauty Europe cannot be held liable for packages marked as delivered by the courier but not received by the customer, or those stolen from mailboxes or storage compartments. In such cases, the customer should file a theft report with local authorities.

Missing Parcels
A missing package can only be investigated after 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the dispatch date.
We kindly request patience during this period before contacting Customer Services.
Once a package is delivered to the address specified in the order, the customer assumes responsibility.
Danessa Myricks Beauty Europe accepts no liability for undelivered parcels due to incorrect or invalid addresses, or if the customer fails to collect the order despite our efforts to contact them.
Customers may claim the loss of a package if delivery is delayed by more than 5 days beyond the expected delivery date, but no later than 15 days from the order date.


Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product arrives damaged, you can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging, with all the seals intact. Products that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return nor refund and will be considered unfit for resale. Damaged items should be returned in the same packaging they were received in.

Return Process:

  1. Notify us of your intention to return by emailing [email protected], providing your order number and reason for the return. We will then send you a return confirmation of your email receipt.
  2. Ensure all items are in original, unopened packaging and in a resaleable condition.
  3. Securely package your return using strong packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Include your dispatch note/receipt in the return parcel.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • The customer is responsible for returning shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or damage during delivery.
  • We recommend requesting proof of postage, as we are not liable for lost returns.
  • Danessa Myricks Beauty Europe will only refund the cost of the products. Original shipping charges and return postage will not be refunded.

Special Return Conditions:

  • Damaged Products: If a product arrives at the customer’s address in a broken, damaged, or defective state, the return shipping fee will be covered by Danessa Myricks Beauty Europe. This applies only if the damage occurred during delivery or handling.

Failed or Refused Deliveries:

  • If an order is refused by the customer and it cannot be delivered, the customer will be responsible for both the shipping and return costs. This applies even if the initial order qualified for free shipping.

Sealed Products and Refunds:

  • Only sealed products can be refunded. If the customer selects an incorrect product, orders multiple items by mistake, or simply wishes to return the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
